Peter Crichton provides a wide range of rural property, valuation, auction, livestock marketing services and planning advice. 

Professional services are available throughout the Eastern region and beyond as well as residential property lettings in Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex.

In addition Peter supplies the UK pig industry with a wide range of consultancy services covering tenancy, contract advice, pig equipment and herd valuations as well as dispute resolution. 

Peter has over forty years experience in these fields.  He is a full member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. 

Peter specialises in providing independent advice in these fields for existing and new clients (workload permitting) and is assisted by Rita McGregor (Admin and Accounts) and Caroline Chamberlain (Secretarial, Auction Admin and Property Lettings).

William Hosegood BSc (Hons) MRICS has joined Peter as his Assistant taking on a wide range of duties including professional auction and valuation work and generally helping to offer a growing number of clients a professional level of service.
